The Monaco Yacht Show returns to Port Hercule from Wednesday 23 to Saturday 26 September 2026 1. This brief sets out the confirmed dates, access structure, pricing and logistical requirements crews and management companies need to act on now, rather than in the final weeks before the show. It draws only on published show details: schedule, pass tiers, new exhibition features and transport arrangements. The core finding is procedural rather than novel: the paperwork, berth applications and bookings that determine a smooth show week all have earlier effective deadlines than the show's own headline dates suggest.

Port Hercule hosts the show across four days: 10:00 to 18:30 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and 10:00 to 18:00 on Saturday 26 September 2. Wednesday is not a standard show day. The Dockside Area, where superyachts and tenders are berthed, is restricted that day to invited guests and MYS VIP or Prestige VIP pass holders. General visitor access to the dockside runs Thursday through Saturday only 2. Anyone building an itinerary around seeing a specific yacht needs to plan around this split, not the show's four-day span as a whole.

Berthing inside Port Hercule for the show is allocated by the organiser directly, separate from standard marina booking. The Dockside Area will host more than 120 superyachts and over 60 luxury tenders 2. Vessels put forward for exhibition need that application submitted well ahead of the show. Management companies who leave it until summer are working from a waiting list, not an open booking process. Confirming exhibiting status and berth allocation as early in the year as possible is the first practical step. Vessels visiting or crewing without exhibiting status should plan to berth outside the show footprint and rely on shuttle and shore transport.

Two Bows, One Embankment: The Ghent-Terneuzen Groundings of August 2025

Two ships struck the same embankment in August 2025. Here's what you need to know and do.

Two ships struck the same embankment in August 2025. Here's what you need to know and do.

Both crews reported losing control of the rudder. Neither grounding has been formally explained yet. Rijkswaterstaat, the Dutch water authority, is looking at them together.

The Ghent-Terneuzen canal links the port of Ghent, Belgium, to the Westerschelde estuary, and it carries heavy commercial traffic. It's a canal, so there's no sea room. A steering fault you'd catch and correct in open water can put your bow into the bank within a ship length or two.

The U-Factor enters crew testing

The U-Factor, U-Crew's assessment of the eight crew energies, has moved into structured testing with working crew across the Mediterranean fleet. Testing runs through the autumn, with results feeding the final scoring model before the assessment ships in the app at launch.
