The U-Factor enters crew testing

The U-Factor is now in the hands of real crew. A structured testing round has begun with serving crew members across deck, interior, galley and engineering roles, spanning boats from 30 to 100 metres.

The assessment names which of the eight crew energies you bring to a boat. Testing focuses on the two things an instrument like this has to get right: does the result ring true to the crew member taking it, and does it stay true across the pressures of a season.

Results from this round feed the final scoring model. The U-Factor ships in the U-Crew app at launch, and waitlist members will be the first to take it.
