U-Crew introduced to the industry at Palma 2026

Palma was U-Crew's first walk down the dock. Over the show we introduced the platform to captains, serving crew, management companies and training providers, and ran the same conversation dozens of times: the yacht impresses, the crew make it unforgettable, and nothing in the industry is built around that second fact.

The strongest signal came from crew themselves. The idea that the thing guests can never quite name, the je ne sais quoi of a great crew, could be named, measured and built into a career was not a hard sell. It was a relief.
